MLA110 Military Aerospace Physical Training Program Credit Hours: 1.00
Introduction to the Air Force physical training program. Includes attention to the group's physical ability, emphasis on individual physical abilities, and gradual increase to a higher level of physical fitness. Also includes establishment of goals and standards for conduct in physical training, and prepares the student to pass the Air Force Physical Fitness Assessment (AF PFA).

Topics on Air Force heritage and leaders. Includes introduction to airpower, Air Force Core Functions, airpower development and employment, and application of communication skills. Also includes motivation for students to transition from Air Force Reserve Officers' Training Corps (AFROTC) Cadet to Air Force ROTC Officer Candidate.
