Introduction to the implementation and support of Microsoft XP Professional software. Includes installation, automating an installation, configuring hardware, troubleshooting the boot process and other system issues, configuring Windows to operate in Windows Networks, configuring the desktop environment, configuring and supporting Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and configuring names resolution.
